I had an SOS day today. Stuck in traffic for two hours, 1.25 hours late to my interview with CBS at Television City, on the way there have an impromptu high-tension phone call with my ex (wtf!), when I finally get there the lot is full and I have to park 4 blocks away and walk, when I finally get there (again) they have to call my interviewer back from lunch... the (attractive) interviewer asks me what my favorite CBS series is, and I can't think of anything but CSI Miami and a bunch of other shitty, shitty, crime scene shows (I couldn't even think of How I Met Your Mother?)... barely make it to my second interview with Diana Ross' daughter for a cookie-baking children-entertaining position at her new posh children's bookstore...she asks what my favorite children's book is and I blank again! And that one was a good one! Runaway Bunny! Giving Tree! Everyone Poops! Love you Forever! Goodnight Moon! All I could think of was Hungry Caterpillar! Wtf!
Just sending out an SOS. I think I got the second job, though, and a second interview with CBS :) More interviews tomorrow!
