Today you told me you think I'm afraid to commit. That's just so feverishly untrue. I'm not afraid to commit, in fact I'd like to. It just takes a certain person, I guess; a certain situation, maybe. I'd like to hope the person is of more significance.
Look, I'm on a wave, alright. Not a tumbling, drowning, out of control one, but one that's taking me somewhere. If you want to float with me for a while I'd love to have you. I love the touch of another's skin under water. Just know I plan to ride this one out, and if my direction alters in your company, I probably won't notice or admit it until this wave crashes onto some abandoned shore.
